To maximise our day based on local weather we have devised a timetable that is constantly updated based on feedback. We also love sleeping in which is why our morning yoga classes start at 8.30am and run for approximately 75 minutes.

Our late afternoon workout is the main event of the day and runs for 90-100 minutes.

We also run ad-hoc Bollywood dance classes, movie nights, pool parties, night chant sessions and yogic philosophy talks.
